Very helpful staff when there were issues w my reservation booked on line.( booking agency fault). I loved the decor of the room, beds were the most comfortable of our whole trip. Clean, quiet, very accommodating. Friendly and welcoming! I would definitely stay there again.
Easy to work with. Was great at fixing an internet issue immediately. Answered all questions. Dog really loved them. Will stay here again!
Had a problem with the booking agency, but staff promptly fixed the issue. I have business in Greybull, but the church I attend is in Worland (Church of Christ) so spent the night before at the Town House. Clean, and comfortable. No noise that is usually expected for a Saturday night. Had a very restful night, and I will be staying there my next trip. Thank you!
Nice family owned motel the customer service is unbelievable. Got a back story of the hotel and community while I was here. Would certainly recommend I’d be happy to spend my money with such good ppl.
Mom and I stayed there while attending my Uncles service. The staff were so kind to us, rates were fine, room was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again if needed.
Every now and then, I get lucky and find a new “good place to stay”… and I did it here in Worland. The Town House is a quaint hotel, that is my kind of place. Older style build, that was climatically comfortable during my stay, with minimal usage of the heating/AC.. block interior walls add to the charm and cleanliness of this vintage inn.. extra care with bedding and coverings, older type finishings and furnishings. Easily accessible rooms. Pet friendly. Close to everything. Staff extremely friendly and always smiling, price is great! I really appreciate it when it’s done right… and these folks have done it.. retro-vintage-mid century modern.. very clean and well located, couldn’t want more. I’ll be back!
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, had to plug in the heater to warm up the room though. TV worked, litttle mini fridge was plugged in and cold. Water pressure was good. Shower looked clean. Plenty of towels for the two of us.
I highly recommend Town House Motor Inn. The owners are absolutely amazing! We stayed for two weeks. The rooms are nice and clean and its quiet. The staff is so helpful with all your needs.
